The problem is now, that I cannot resume the download in the PC app. When I launch the game it tells me it is installing campaign and that I am at 67% however this doesnt actually ever update and there is no downloading going on. Then I found this post: And this was the solution: I had the same problem but I already had the latest software so couldn’t update. Went into menu from the home screen, clicked settings, menu again, clicked restart. Kindle went through a complete restart, loaded up, problem solved.
